Cranberry, Feta and Almond Salad

3 T extra-virgin olive oil
1 T raspberry vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T sliced fresh chives
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Stir in chives.
Toss greens in large bowl with enough dressing to lightly coat. Top with cheese, cranberries and almonds.
